Place a cupcake order
If you would like to place a cupcake order please complete our order form.
Alternatively you can call 01483 535300 or email Little Cake Factory letting us know what type and quantity of cupcakes you would like. If you require a bespoke order, orders over 48 cupcakes or a mix of lots of different flavours (minimum half dozen per flavour), please get in touch. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen baking and so may not be able to get to the phone immediately - we do have an answerphone so please stay on the line to leave a message - thanks.
Please also let us know the address that the cakes need to be sent to, when the cupcakes need to arrive and also if you would like a special gift message.
Important note: Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature upon delivery - please make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the cupcakes - the delivery will always be made before 1pm on a weekday.
Little Cake Factory is based in Guildford, Surrey. Whilst we love to accept online orders we are more than happy to take orders for collection from our premises in Guildford.
Opening hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. We are closed at weekends.

We do not deliver cakes on a Monday because it would mean baking and mailing the cakes on a Friday. By Monday they may not taste as fresh as you would like if they have to sit at a sorting office over the weekend! *Saturday deliveriesShould you wish to have your order delivered on a Saturday, please specify at time of order. We will send your cupcakes via Saturday Special Delivery, costs depend on weight of the package. Please ask for details.Please make sure that you have placed your order by 5pm on Thursday. Your cupcakes will be baked and sent out on Friday, to arrive on Saturday. Postage to remote areasThe following postcodes are deemed remote by Royal Mail and therefore deliveries will be by 5.30pm the next working day:
Cupcakes will take slightly longer to arrive at the following islands - within two working days of postage by 5.30pm. Your cupcakes are best eaten within 48 hours of baking - please bear this in mind when ordering from the following areas: GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands) The following islands are quite a long way away from Guildford and we would therefore advise against ordering for postage from Little Cake Factory - we just don't think our cupcakes would taste their best upon arrival three days after postage.
