What goes into our cakes?
Little Cake Factory only uses fresh, quality ingredients. We do not mass-produce cakes, they are simply baked to order.
We pride ourselves on our tasty cupcake recipe and therefore wish to keep it top-secret however we can tell you that the following ingredients all make it into our basic cupcake mixture:
Free range eggs
Golden caster sugar
Madagascan Bourbon vanilla extract
Flour
Buttermilk
Butter
Salt (just a pinch)
Baking powder
Little Cake Factory do not use preservatives or artificial flavourings. We do not intentionally use nuts (unless specified in the flavour!) but please be advised that we cannot guarantee that nut-related products are not used in our baking.
